Holistic Birth Support

Virtual and in-person doula care designed to align with your body’s natural wisdom. We support hospital births, home births, unassisted births, and everything in between, on your terms.

Birth Preparation & Education

One-on-one pregnancy sessions that blend education, emotional support, and birth planning, so you never walk into your labor feeling unprepared or unheard

Postpartum & Lactation Care

Support doesn’t end after birth. We stay by your side for up to 6 weeks postpartum and offer specialized lactation guidance to help you nourish your baby and yourself.

Duo Doula Care Option

For an even deeper support, choose our Duo-Doula Model. Two (2) experienced Doulas working together, virtually or in combination with in-person care.

Meet Empress Jenissa

After her first birth didn’t go as she hoped, Empress Jenissa knew there had to be another way. Now, as a mother of five and a fully trained doula, she helps other parents reclaim their power and prepare for birth with confidence and peace.

Her approach is holistic, culturally rooted, and deeply personal, because she’s walked this road herself. She serves families locally in the US Virgin Islands and virtually around the world.
